Emoji Biscuits

I loved walking into my local bakery or looking through the window and staring at the iced biscuits, often including different cartoons characters. But because of Lockdown I can't do that. So I thought I could make my very own mini bakery biscuits right here at home and my emoji biscuits were the first thing on the menu.
Ingredients for the biscuits
100g softened butter
50g caster sugar
150g self-raising flour
Method
1 Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees fan or gas 4. Line 2 baking trays with parchment.
2 Measure the butter into a large bowl and beat to soften, gradually beat in the sugar and then flour.
3 Bring the dough-like mixture together with your hands and the roll into a fat sausage shape.
4 Wrap your dough sausage tightly in cling film and let it chill in the fridge for up to 45-60 mins. This will allow the dough to harden.
5 After that, remove the cling film and roll out your dough onto a lightly floured work surface until it's the some thickness as a pound coin.
6 Then with a 40-50mm round cutter cut 15 circles and gently lay onto a baking tray.
7 If you would like, you can cut out 2 hearts and then with the rest of the dough shape a poo emoji!
8 Bake in the pre-heated oven for 15-20 =mins or until firmish and golden.
9 Let them cool completely on a baking cooler.
10 This is the bit where you can let your imagination take over and you can decorate your biscuits in any way you want. For ideas you could look at emojis or the pictures of the ones I made. For the poo I used some left over ganache from the chocolate cake my brother made.
11 I really hope you like them!!
