I love fudge and Ferrero Rocher's so I thought I could put the two together. It's so nice too!

Ingredients

350g of dark chocolate

A can of condensed milk

150g of hazelnuts

100g of hazelnut wafers

A pinch of salt

30g of butter

Method

1 Melt the chocolate, condensed milk, butter and salt in a large heavy based pan on a low heat and stir to melt.

2 Put the nuts and wafers in a freezer bag and bash the with a rolling pin, until broken into big and small pieces.

3 Add the wafers and nuts to your chocolate mix and stir well.

4 Pour the mixture into a well foiled 23cm tin and smooth the top with a spatula.

5 Let the fudge cool in the fridge until set.

6 Once cold cut into small pieces approx 3 x2.25cm. Cutting 8 x 10 in the tin to give 64 pieces.

7 Once cut you can enjoy with a coffee and keep for up to a week in the fridge.( but I doubt it will last that long)
