Super Smoothies !!

This drink is great for boosting your energy levels when you are feeling lazy in the mornings. Its full of protein which comes from the peanuts.
If you make this batch you will have enough for two large glasses. You could always drink one and pour the other portion into some ice lolly moulds. It is really creamy and freezes well for a guilt free cooling afternoon snack in the sun.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
A generous squeeze of honey
4 teaspoons of drinking chocolate powder
8 small ice cubes
1 strong single espresso
2 bananas
200ml of milk (soya or almond milk instead adds a nice flavour and also makes this dairy free)
Method
1 Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz together until smooth.
2 Pour into two glasses. (and the ice lolly moulds and put in the freezer to chill)
3 Enjoy your smoothies, and feel energised and healthy for the rest of the day !!!
